Too Tight

I put my sweatshirt on back to front

too tight at the neck

thought about learning to dress myself.

I still remember learning to tie my shoelaces,

the boy who taught me, his great wisdom.

In the bath looked at my great big leg

thought about how my thigh's the size

of my whole baby self.
