Saturday Night's Alright

Tired this evening after nine people for lunch (you know what I mean...) and a meeting. My lovely group of therapists plus some visitors. Now L is chopping veg for the stir fry, the bottle of rose is chilling (must remember where the acute accent is to be found...), and we are listening to Van Morrison (Veedon Fleece if you want to know). Later we'll watch two episodes of Black Books, laugh like drains, go to bed.

Greater coherence tomorrow. Probably.

I've been catching up with your one-a-day posts and agree with the person who said how you have a way of making it all interesting. The most important thing in life (said the Guru, whose name escapes me) is to keep giving it attention. Whether or not new job - but I do hope that happens for you, and soon.

Ingalls Wilder stories rock! We used to fight over whose turn it was to read them to our kids. But the TV adaptations never had the same appeal. Black Books I love.

Black Books is a favourite here. I am impressed that you stop at 2 episodes. We watched the whole fisrt series in one night. I laughed so much I ached the next day.

And now for 'A ham sandwich, a glass of wine and a pickle'!

Laughing is good. In fact, essential.
